1. Who we are

Blin ("Blin," "we," "us," or "our") is a messaging service operated by Verde Holding ("Verde Holding," the "Company"). By creating an account or otherwise using Blin, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Blin. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Verde Holding cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Blin to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment or abuse
• Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the messages and content you send through Blin. You grant Verde Holding a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Blin, you consent to those practices.

7. Service availability

Blin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Verde Holding does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verde Holding and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of Blin.

9. Termination

You may stop using Blin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of Blin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
